This ad was The Seller Group's first piece of corporate material which set the standard of branding for the company. We used bold colors and seasonal imagery, art directed by Freni Design, which focuses on a "livable urban" lifestyle. Each ad features three to four listings which change weekly and run in local New York City newspapers. We developed and provided the tag-line "Love Where You Live" as part of the overall branding for the company
